To place an order:
- Browse through our products and select the item you’d like to customize.
- Upload the photo you want to use for personalization.
- Review your order and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping information and payment details to complete the purchase.
Yes, you can upload any photo for personalization, but please ensure that:
- You have the right to use the photo (e.g., no copyrighted images).
- The photo quality is good enough for printing (clear, not blurry, with good lighting).
- We do not accept celebrity or copyrighted photos unless you have explicit permission.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. If your item is broken or the photo is damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track the status of your shipment.
Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product and shipping method selected. Typically, it takes about 5-7 business days to process your order, and shipping usually takes another 3-5 business days. You will be notified when your order is on its way.
We recommend uploading photos with high resolution, good lighting, and clear details. If your photo is too blurry or low in quality, we may contact you for a replacement image. If we cannot process the photo due to quality issues, we will inform you and suggest alternatives.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will process a replacement at no extra cost to you. Be sure to reach out within 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for a replacement.

Once an order has been placed and payment is processed, we begin production of the personalized item right away. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders after they have been confirmed.
At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our products are beautifully packaged for safe delivery and presentation.
